How SeniorElder America works:

  1. You contact SeniorElder America with a short description of your concerns.
  2. We will promptly assess your needs at no cost and provide a general description steps that could be taken to address your concerns and how we can help you.
  3. When you receive our assessment, you will receive instructions on how to pay your initial $298 fee to obtain further services from us.
  4. We will refer you to resources and professionals who are trained in elder issues and can help you resolve your concerns.

Elder Abuse Legal Case Evaluation

Retain an attorney to protect your elder family member from physical or financial abuse, identity theft, or to advocate with insurance companies.

Geriatric Care Management

Hire a geriatric care manager to coordinate all aspects of your elder family member's care.

Family Team-Building

Engage a team-building specialist to facilitate family discussions about life care plans or to mediate disputes.

Testamentary Capacity

Retain an expert to conduct a thorough examination and report on whether your elder family member has the legal capacity to change a will or make a new one.

Home Safety Inspections

Have your elder loved one's home inspected and get a custom written report with recommendations for making his or her home a safer place to live alone.

Personal Safety

Engage an expert with federal law enforcement experience to investigate and report back to you on your elder family member's situation, including background checks and follow up investigations of caregivers, to identify potential abuse or neglect and intervene immediately. Investigators can provide ongoing supervision.
